Scoring

Instead of removing bonus points and points from the team, in the case of one higher team player playing down, all their games start with the opponents
receiving a 5 point start. Where 2 higher team players play down, they must be paired together as the A pair and give a 10 point start in each game where they play
together. All rules on numbers and times a higher player can play down remain. Points and bonus points awarded are as per a normal game.
